II CERTAMEN INTERNACIONAL DE GUITARRA

Bases / Rules

1. El Certamen está abierto sin distinción de nacionalidad a guitarristas que, hasta el 22 de Septiembre de 2010, no hayan cumplido los 33 años de edad.

No podrán participar los concursantes que hayan obtenido el Primer Premio en ediciones anteriores.

2. El Certamen se desarrollará en la ciudad de Buenos Aires durante los días 22 al 26 de Septiembre de 2010.

3. Las pruebas Clasificatorias y Semifinal serán efectuadas en el Pabellón de las Bellas Artes de la Universidad Católica Argentina (c/Alicia Moreau de Justo 1500, Puerto Madero), los días 22, 23, y 24 de Septiembre. Los horarios se confirmarán por email a los concursantes.

4. La Final se llevará a cabo en el Auditorio de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires el día 26 de Septiembre a las 18hs.

5. La presentación y el sorteo del orden de participación se realizará en el Pabellón de las Bellas Artes de la UCA el día 22 de Septiembre a las 9hs.

La no presentación del participante implicará su descalificación automática.

6. El Certamen comprenderá tres etapas:

Primera Etapa (Clasificatoria) días 22 y 23 de Septiembre

Todos los participantes interpretarán:

María Luisa Anido Una obra a elección entre las siguientes:

 Canto de la llanura- Preludio Pampeano-

 Catamarqueña- Gato *

Miguel Llobet: Romanza o Mazurka *

 Una obra a elección de los siguientes autores:

Eduardo Falú, Abel Fleury, Jorge Gómez Crespo o Julio Sagreras

(Máximo 15 minutos para cada participante)

Segunda Etapa: (Semifinal) día 24 de septiembre

Los participantes interpretarán:

Johann Sebastian Bach: Un Preludio extraído de las Suites para laúd, violín,

 violoncello o clave (transcripción de libre elección)

 Una obra a elegir de los siguientes autores:

Agustín Barrios, Leo Brouwer, Antonio Lauro o Heitor Villa Lobos

Salvador Brotons Toccata, de Due Suggestions *

Astor Piazzolla: Una obra a elección extraída de:

 * Serie del Ángel, * Cuatro Estaciones Porteñas,

 Cinco Piezas para guitarra

 * Arreglo de libre elección

(Máximo 20 minutos para cada participante)

Tercera Etapa: (Final) día 26 de Septiembre

Los finalistas interpretarán uno de estos dos conciertos a elección:

Mauro Giuliani Concierto Opus 30 en La Mayor para guitarra y orquesta

Daniel Zuker Concierto Argentino para Guitarra “María Luisa Anido” (Abrir PDF)

* Las obras impuestas serán facilitadas solamente a los inscriptos.

d) Resguardo de la transferencia bancaria o el pago pertinente por otros medios.

8. Los derechos de inscripción serán de $150 (pesos argentinos) para concursantes argentinos o USD 60 (dólares estadounidenses) para concursantes extranjeros que habrán de ser abonados personalmente o por transferencia bancaria – Pago Fácil – Rapipago – Western Union – Dinero Mail, indicando nombres y apellidos a: info@cigmla-argentina.com.ar

9. Se otorgarán los siguientes premios:

 1er PREMIO: $ 5000 (pesos argentinos)

Pasaje ida-vuelta a Barcelona para participar en el VII Certamen Miguel Llobet 2011

Conciertos en Argentina y España durante el año 2011. Lugar y fecha a determinar

 2do. PREMIO: $ 3000

Conciertos en Argentina durante el año 2011. Lugar y fecha a determinar

 3er PREMIO: $ 1500 – Concierto a determinar

Se establecerán las siguientes Menciones de Honor a:

La mejor interpretación obra de María Luisa Anido **

La mejor interpretación obra de autor catalán contemporáneo **

Al mejor argentino clasificado **

** Diploma y Concierto durante el V Encuentro Anido 2011

10. Los conciertos conllevan el compromiso por parte de la Comisión Organizadora del Certamen Anido de ser realizados en fechas y salas a determinar dentro del radio de la República Argentina pero no incluyen el viático, en caso de guitarristas premiados extranjeros, desde sus ciudades y países de origen. Los emolumentos devengados por los mismos dependerán de factores impuestos por la reglamentación vigente en dichas salas.

11. Los gastos de desplazamiento, alojamiento y manutención, irán a cargo de los participantes. A partir del día 25 de Septiembre, el Certamen Anido se hará cargo del alojamiento de los finalistas hasta terminar su participación. Opción: Podrán alojarse en hoteles contratados a tal efecto sólo los participantes. No sus acompañantes.

12. Sobre los conciertos que forman parte de los Premios, la organización no se hará responsable de posibles cambios de fechas o cancelaciones ajenos a los organizadores.

13. El Jurado estará integrado por músicos argentinos y extranjeros de reconocida trayectoria profesional. Su fallo será inapelable y sus nombres serán dados a conocer con un mes de anticipación al comienzo del Certamen. Ante la participación de un alumno o ex alumno, ningún miembro del Jurado tendrá derecho a voto.

14. Los participantes ceden los derechos de las grabaciones, imágenes y filmaciones que se puedan realizar durante el Certamen.

15. La inscripción al Certamen implica la aceptación de las bases y la decisión inapelable del Jurado.

16. Todo lo que no esté especificado en las BASES no es responsabilidad de la Comisión Organizadora.

II Internacional Competition of Guitar Maria Luisa Anido Buenos Aires 2010

Rules & Regulations

1.                  The competition is open to concert guitarrists worldwide who do not exceded the age of 33 on the 22 September 2010. Those candidates who have won the First Prize will not be able to participate.

2.                  The competition will be held at Buenos Aires city during the days 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26^th September 2010.

3.                  The auditions Classificatory and Semifinal will take place in the Pabellón de las Bellas Artes of the Universidad Católica Argentina (Alicia Moreau de Justo 1500, Puerto Madero), on the 22, 23, and 24 September. The timetable will be confirmed to the contestants by an e-mail.

4.                  The final of the competition will take place in the Auditorium of the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires on the 26 September 2010 at 6 p.m.

5.                  The presentation and the draw to determine the order of participation will take place on September 22th at 9 am in the Pavillon of the Bellas Artes (UCA). Those participants who fail to appear would be eliminated.

6.                  The competition consists of three parts:

1^st PART (Classification): September 22^th and 23^th for all the participants. Obligatory works:

María Luisa Anido: Canto de la llanura- Preludio Pampeano- Catamarqueña - Gato (One work only) *

Miguel Llobet: Romanza o Mazurka (One work only)

Of the following composers:

Jorge Gómez Crespo, Julio Sagreras, Eduardo Falú, Abel Fleury (One work only )

(At the most 15 minutes each participant)

2nd PART: (Semi-final) September 24^th for classified guitarrists. Obligatory works:

Johann Sebastian Bach: One Prelude of the Suites for lute, violoncello or clave. (free transcription.)

One work of the following composers:

Heitor Villa-Lobos, Agustín Barrios, Leo Brouwer, Antonio Lauro

Salvador Brotons Toccatta, of Due suggestions

Astor Piazzolla: (One work of the following):

 Serie del Ángel*, Cuatro Estaciones Porteñas *, Cinco piezas para guitarra * free transcription

(At the most 20 minutes each participant)

3rd PART (FINAL) September 26^th for the three finalists. The guitarrists must choose one of the following works:

 Mauro Giuliani Concert in La Maggiore for guitar and orchestra Op. 30

 Daniel Zuker Concierto Argentino para guitarra “María Luisa Anido” * (open in PDF and mp3- free)

(Free time)

* The obligatory Works will be provided only to those registered in the Competition.

The prizes are the following:

1st. PRIZE: $5000 (pesos argentinos) –Round trip flight to Barcelona to participate in the VIII Certamen Miguel LLobet 2011 – Concerts in Catalunya and Argentina (To be confirmed during 2011).

2nd. Prize: $ 3000 - Concerts to be confirmed during 2011

3rd. Prize: $1500 – Concerto to be confirmed during 2011

The following Honourable Mentions will be given to:

The best argentinian PRIZE classified **

9. The concerts will be performed on dates and concert halls to be established by the Organizing Committee within the argentinian Republic radius. However, this commitment does not include any travelling expenses for foreigner contestants from their city or country of origin. The remuneration for the concerts given will depend on the current regulation of each theater.

10. Travelling, housing and maintenance expenses will be paid by the candidates. From September 25^th onwards, the competition will pay housing and maintenance expenses to the semifinalists until their participation. Opcion for the participants only.

11. On the amounts granted as awards there will be a tax deduction according to the current legislation.

12. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for the changes of dates or cancellations of the Prize concerts.

13. The Jury will be made up of argentine and foreign musicians of acknowledged trajectory. Their decision will be unappealable and their names will be made known a month in advance, at the beginning of the competition. In the presence of a student or ex student, no member of the Jury will be able to vote.

14. The candidates must renounce all recording and image rights during the event.

15. Participants must abide that the rules of the competition and the decision of the Jury is final.

16. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for what is not specified in the rules.
